    • any idea what was in the mix? I’ve considered it for $20, not a bad deal considering 420fastbuds have decent auto genetics. at least for the older, more stable stuff.

    • I wish. I never had any auto finish before day 90. Most go about 110-120 days. Which is only 10 days faster than a photoperiod. The photo will have more dense buds while the auto will have more fluffy buds. It’ll look the same but weight wise, the photo should have more weight. But I can be biased. I haven’t grown the best genetics when it…

  • This is a random auto from a fastbuds mix pack. Day 74 from seed. She’s coming down tomorrow I think. Smells of rotten fruit. On a 1-5, density is only around a 2… I’m not sure what to expect after drying, 2 2.5 oz maybe

  • My Amnesia autos from seedsman. 100% germination so far from fastbuds and seedsman. 20/20 👍. All the same way. I just put it in a hole, spritz with water, cover loosely with dirt, spritz lightly and cover it with a plastic cup. 19 of the 20 popped in 3 days, one took 4.

You mention you’re in a living soil. Water until about 5 days before harvest. Don’t top dress anything that will take weeks to become available.

  • I’m a brand new grower and medical patient. I’m seeing people talk about soils and what not. My question is this: Do they sell a soil at a garden center that would be good enough for my first grow? I’m about to put the plants into their forever pots to grow out of the smaller pots they’re in. Do I have to buy a soil just for Cannabis, or can I…

    • I started with foxfarm soils before I went to coco. Happy frog for veg and ocean forest for bloom. Happy frog is lighter on nutes for the early stages. If you are going to use growdots, you may not need any nutes in your starting medium of choice. Look into coco though. Very easy and sustainable.

    • With Grow Dots and Recharge you don’t need to mix some complicated blend. Canna Coco is as easy as it gets. I’d recommend you start with just coco.

    • Bio365 makes a living soil in bag option if you prefer an organic approach. Both are excellent options both work best with Recharge!

      • If I’m using soil I use fox farms happy frog. It’s generally available in most locations. If using coco, I use their cocoloco which is available as well.
