I’m looking at my lighting situation and I’m just not satisfied with the results I’m seeing. How am I going to hit the lighting needs of these baby plants with the large plant going everywhere with how I’ve trained it?
I think I’ll move the Aerogarden Sprout lights over into the closet grow and just put each planter in the right spot under the lights there. I can control the PPFD that each of these plants get until they start getting too big, then I can move them up a bit so they get light from the big lights.
I think I should train these guys towards the wall. I was trying to slowly change the temperatures for the seedlings as not to shock them but the dome seems to be staying consistent with its temperatures in there, it runs warmer in there than in my room.
I do want to move them soon so they can start getting pushed around by the fans airflow to prevent stagnant air that allows insects to prosper and strengthen their stem as they grow.
Sasquatch and broncogrow-
I’ve never used a fan with my current grow. Just light, tent and water. It’s gets opened enough to cycle the air. 😅

@Sasquatch Airflow on the plants is important, its like you slowly bending them. They build up against being pushed around all the time from the air and make stronger branches due to it. It also helps keep hot spots out of your grow from micro climates and stuff.

@zoomycat I just ordered one…..lol

@Sasquatch Make sure it oscillates because you want direct air but not constantly in one spot, That would cause wind burn.
