I am exhausted. Truly exhausted. I’ve just been on the phone with Amazon for hours trying to get the issue of the tent shipping resolved. The agent repeatedly put me on hold, My Cat disliked the music and kept biting me. The person tried to get the most for amazon and only give me amazon credits.

I asked for a supervisor because that was not the agreed upon amount that amazon said. The supervisor was able to get my shipping cost given back to me. Although I got my money back to me it was a fight and I do pay for Amazon Prime. I’ll likely just put this money away to help me figure out the next phase in my life.
