This is an after grow question. I purchased a HarvestRight pharma drier. The best I can tell I need to dry to 90% and then jar and cure as usual. Any advice or opinions

Can’t really say I have much experience with any equipment for drying man, but as long you give her about 11-14 whole plant hang and lower that humidity over time from about 60% to 55-50% and then another 11-14 days or more for cure. The only thing I’ve really purchased to help with drying is a drying rack for the smaller larf buds

Please let us know how the final product comes out as I’ve been curious what parameters their machine uses. I’m in no rush to ruin a harvest so for the past 20+ years I’ve used the same SOP for drying. Now it’s shared as the industry standard. I have been curious about freeze driers and their possibilities for flower. You can’t just freeze dry bud and expect it to come out good. Years ago when I heard of Harvest Right and their claims about having a process to also neutralize the chlorophyll taste with their drier, I was curious. When you slowly freeze water, large crystals form. The faster you can freeze water, the smaller the crystals can be. It’s the large crystals that puncture cell walls turn greens to mush. So that’s how you can freeze dry a flower and keep it’s size and color. It’s been marketed as Space Weed. https://www.spaceweedusa.com
