3 months agoDank Nugs First grow ever. Rocking the AC Infinity 2×2 kit with an extra oscillating fan. Growing in coco and perlite with Grow Dots and Recharge and it’s been pretty damn easy. I’m growing Orange Gasm (Iris Genetics) and she got a calcium deficiency around week four of flower that needed some extra cal mag from then on. Other than that, loving the dots and recharge.
She’s in day 63 of flower. I’m thinking she’ll be ready to cut in the next few days or so. Trikes look like they may be getting cloudy, although I have a hard time telling the difference still even with the 60x loupe. It’s tricky!
Nice work, crew. Thanks for making growing easy for newcomers. I even have my father in law running his first grow now with the dots and recharge and he’s loving it.

Lookin good. I had several calcium hungry phenos of the Orange Gasm as well.

I find that coco needs buffering before use or it will steal all the calcium and magnesium from your plants. It’s advised to pre soak the coco in a high concentration of cal mag before use.

Looks awesome! Great job, especially for your first go. How is that orange gasm? I’m getting ready to run it now. Really looking for something super citrusy.
