Often by taking only half the top, it grows back with three shoots. It’s a technique we have used for some time with good success. Do it when the double shoots are new and forming. Saves on repeated topping for yield. I start on the main at 5th internode, then top the larger limbs below the same way. This is sufficient for productive yield with minimal stress to plant.
