Do you mean before harvest? The way I understand it there are no benefits. I’m running 18/6 the whole grow and chop 1-2 hours before the lights come on.

I’ve run autos 18/6, 20/4 and 12/12 with photoperiods. As long as the environment is proper they should rock out and do their thing
