Not sure on the bug, leaf hopper of something. I tried using the OTC for pests. I mix 2 Tbs of vegetable oil, 1 Tablespoons of clear and unscented dish soap with 1 Tablespoon of baking soda. Mix in 1 gallon water sprayer and apply liberally after lights out. Spray the bottom and top of leaves and let dry. This mix kills bugs and PM. Makes your plants taste bad and it desiccates soft bodied insects
