@farmville actually Amazon support said the only option is a refund, but I have to pay for the international postage then claim it back. Decided just to keep it and never buy from Amazon again.

I think you should order directly from the supplier. I use mars hydro and got it through eBay. Was a headache and almost lost my lights. Would’ve been easier through the actual website.
