      Well I have definitely figured out part of the problem. My tap water has a pH of 7.4. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

      It’s a good thing my order of ph up and ph down just got here.

        • I only wish. My water here is almost 9.0. Takes me 3.5 ml of ph down to get to desired. I go to the store and fill 5gal jugs with their RO type water machine that cleans municipal water and haven’t had an issue since. Super high ppm in my tap water also.

        • That’s about right where mine is. When I mix in nutes it usually falls into the right range.

          • I’m on a well that comes out at 7.1 but originally had 350ppm when it hit a glass. New RO system for the house! First “grow related” thing the wife didn’t threaten my cajones over!🤣 I still fill eight, seven gallon water cubes a week and schlep them out to the grow room. It’s all cheaper than a tank of gas to get to the gym, so…. 🤘🏼🤣🤘🏼

            • @Casadelwhacko right? I love those filtration systems. When I was a laboratory technician in the United States navy, I went through those filters like nuts. Thank God the government was paying for them all!

              • @Casadelwhacko When I was just a young squirt for 20 something. I met a lady who was 50. She was smoking hot. Tiny little thing could jump on the back of a horse. I asked her what she did at the gym. She says I go out and fix my fences.

              • If you’re ever in a pinch, vinegar works, and molasses also brings down the pH substantially. That water is not too bad though. If you’re using recharge?

                  • @sunny You just solved my nine month mystery! On my “return to the fold” grow last year, I remembered using molasses years ago. I diluted and mixed into pHd water and poured away. It threw everything into lockout and I didn’t put it together until now!🤤 Thats when I discovered Scotty, the DGC and Recharge. I did a few days of straight water and then added Recharge and it has all gone swimmingly well since. Jeez, I’m thicker than frozen cream cheese sometimes!🤘🏼

                    • @Casadelwhacko as long as you stay thinner than the Kardashian ass, …. Yeah, I’m not sure where I figured that pH in the molasses thing exactly I must’ve checked my pH after adding it in the past. But I connected the two and what I did was at the end of flour, when I no longer use recharged because of the kelp, I would just pH my water with molasses. So it would get a little sweetie to feed the Mike robes at the end without the involvement of the kelp in the recharge.
