Pretty cool to be able to throw a buddy a fat bag for free they are stoked. I wasn’t sure about the smell because well its mine. Just got a text saying his car reaks . I put it in his car for him🤣. First dry/ cure was a slight bust in my personal opinion but apparently everyone likes it. Is it just me being hard on myself? Probably. Dry/cure is going to take some practice for sure.

Curing is mindlessly easy, just toss in a bag or jar with pack or burp. The 4 to 10 days after cutting, the “drying” is the most important, easiest to mess up step.

@frogslayer my bathroom was 60/60, vent fan on and a fan circulating air NOT blowing on them. It stayed consistent but is smells of grass/hay putting your nose in. Open the car door you smell dank. It’s all in jars with room, burped daily for 20-30 minutes while I mix nutes or ph water. I’m good on the cure process but the drying is where I’m struggling like others.

I have grown accustomed to the smells from my garden and grow but other people who come bye to visit me often say that they can smell the smell from my grow but I don’t smell it as strongly as they do! I think it’s from smelling it everyday!

@wrath420 that’s what my conclusion came to. I can smell the amazing smell outside but not in my grow. It’s a weed smell. I think we smell more in our garden than others do, kinda like being connected to your garden in a way. Idk. I ask everyone what they smell, I don’t tell them what I smell until after.

@Hash each one will get better. Practice makes perfect. He text me today after waking up from night shift and said not to bad. Obviously we are our biggest critics. I’ve been figuring out where I need more knowledge and practice.

This is what I’m scared of on my first grow .. the dry and cure. Half tempted to bite the bullet on the cannatrol. I know they do a veteran discount 😁

@stonedfarm I would get one if I could justify it at the moment. I’ll use my sisters veteran discount on certain things but not everything. I left it hanging in the garage for a couple hours after chop. I should have brought it straight to the basement so it sat in stagnant air those few hours and a little on the warm side. Hopefully the next chop morning doesn’t fall on a work day so I don’t have to rush.
