“After giving Liberona credit for the early guilty plea, he was sentenced to four months of community detention with a 7pm to 6am curfew.

He was placed on 12 months of intensive supervision with conditions not to consume alcohol or non prescribed drugs, and to attend any counselling or programmes as directed.”

If he gets a medical cannabis perscription then he can smoke Cannabis while under detention/supervision…
