I would defer to people who have more experience with this so dont take my word for gospel. But I do think they wouldnt mind it, in small doses, maybe 2tbsp/gal every 7-10 days personally id go every 10 days. And taper it off in the last month. Maybe go 1 tbsp/gallon every 2 weeks the last 6 weeks. And omit it the last two weeks.

15 ml/l should be correct from what I can find, but I can’t say for sure. I would email or call them and ask.
