Keep those terpenes fresh. Here’s the best ways to store your crop after harvest

Amber mason jars and a 1/8 grove bag. Pretty much the same as @scottyreal. Only recently switched from small jar to the bag. The baby grove bag actually keeps my daily rations perfect and is much easier to carry. Plus it has my script numbers on it in case I get checked.
I probably don’t have the volume he has 😆 but I found the buckets beat up my nugs over time. They stored great just had too much rolling around. Probably because they were only 1/4 full lol.

The wood moisture meters I’ve found like J.R was talking about sounds like they are for hardwood and building materials but using that and grove bags I’ve ordered get my plant down to around 9% then bag it then I’m gonna vacuum seal amber masons but more info on the wood fibrous meters would be awesome to hear about I screw up every harvest with how dry cure and store my stuff I’m getting serious about doing things not half-assed anymore

@growingcorners42 I build guitars and have to keep high dollar figured wood in a very particular range so it doesn’t warp during storage. I trust this meter to be accurate and it has been for 15 years. I take my plants down to 15% at the base and 10% by the buds and it’s worked out great for me. I was getting way too dry and just ruining my harvest and it slapped me one day… “Hey dumbass… you own a moisture meter!!” 🤣 Killer tool for $20-ish!

@Casadelwhacko cool yeah the one I saw 15 or so depending on the supplier your talking the 15% by the base of plant right about where u chop at or more middle main stalk then 10ish on bud coo this I think is the answer to me not ruining any future harvest

@growingcorners42 I go between the chop and first node for the first spot. I’m able to achieve those percentages best when I keep my dry in the 60s/60 range. I’ve played with higher and lower temps and pumping the moisture down 5 points for a day at a time too, and have gotten some cool results. Kinda like squeezing a sponge.
