My first attempt at super cropping and accidentally snapped off the top of a branch completely, so the question is should I leave it be or chop off the branch

Did you squeeze and pinch the stem multiple times to soften it a little more before the bend? I’ve watched kushman do this soo many times because I want to try it. Making sure I understand his technique entirely before.
He’s said it depends on the break it would heal but back to the severity of the break of the snap. I’m just stating what I’ve watched and taken from his videos. I’m no expert just learning

@SurfDad_grows yes I actually watched his YouTube video on how to do it several times before I made my attempt this morning they have already recovered and looking very happy

@Potgoblin420 nice. They are resilient I do give cannabis that haha.
I was stretching one of mine over the summer and split it 2-3” down the center stalk. I did everything I could keeping it wrapped but it didn’t heal and actually started rotting at that spot. I found out after harvest because it just stopped growing how it was and when I unwrapped it I saw why.it happen mid flower.1
