Dropped a bean yesterday, here starts Grow #7. Using rinsed & screened coco coir. Will do buffering when I fill the grow bags, I am assuming it won’t affect the seedling. Using a self-wicking 3″ pot without the wick, so the water can drain into the bottom and I can see it and dump it off. Fingers crossed – I usually have to do the paper towel in a bag to get sprouts. Just had a thought – maybe I should put a dome over it. If this one is male, I might use it for breeding.
