Just put 2 sprouting seeds in. I mixed a teaspoon of grow dots with the bottom 3/4 of a solo cup . I topped the rest of with just playing organic soil from the coast of Maine And put my sprouting seeds in. I figure there are enough nutrients in the soil until the dots get watered in. Watered in it with recharge and my first grow with real growers products is off
