      • This is rad! How long did it take for her to root? Use rooting hormone? Please detail how you do this. This process could come in handy in the future for sure.

      • I am also super curious to know about this process! Please share in detail!

        • Love re-veging … they take a while, grow a little funky but it seems as soon as you flip them back to flower, the flowers show up faster than normal. These are all re-vegged and growing in only 1 gal cheap pots. Am trying to see what I can get out of such a small battery.

          • @no-nanners Interesting. I’m going to do a grow of 4 inch nursery cups then perhaps try 6 inch and see how the size up changes the harvest time and amount.

Should be some quick grows with Autos.

            • @zoomycat bro there should be a micro grow challenge, like one beautiful flower all the way to harvest….and the winner gets 1 seed…. For the next grow….. 😂 does that make any sense??? I finally got to partake on my days off!!!

        • Yours is small like mine was. It went 3 months, no new growth on 18/9 and started dying off. I didn’t have any luck with trying to revegg a sucker. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

          • @SurfDad_grows done it a number of times over the decades. #1 problem I’ve had was ipm related, humidity likes to be a bit lower than regular clones

            • @sicko_grows I didn’t have issues with pests, mine was just small, already too far into flower. Believe me, I had it perfect condition for it and it didn’t go. I didn’t put much effort because it was a monster crop experiment. It was a last second decision and didn’t really too into it much before trying. I’m definitely trying it again. I’m not deterred from trying again

Holy crap!! Something I’ve been playing with that’s relevant for a change!!!🤘🏼

My first grow in over twenty (last year) got to harvest and one seed turned out to be a weird pheno that just rang every bell. I’m still bummed that I couldn’t keep that one because I didn’t know how to do any of this.

that was the reason I started learning to clone originally. If I’m growing something from seed that I’ve not popped before I take clones along the way to flower, but I also snag four cuts a couple weeks before chop and revege them, just in case.

I will already have a mother plan set aside but if I want to start a SOG, if I like the flavor when it comes out of dry, I’m that much farther along. Everything I’ve done this to has flipped back into flower shockingly fast. I hear a lot of guys say they never do it but I never hear a reason why. I currently have a 2 x 2 veg tent full of Wedding cake clones revegging from a plant that just came out of dry. The tester bowl was fantastic so I will veg one and drop three into another sea of green run I have going. That’s how I keep personal around.🤣 Then I can take a bunch of cuts from the mother and voilà! Keep on rolling!!!

I pH my water to 5.8 and use Foop cloning goo. I mist and feed them a 1/2 tsp in a quart for the first week and then start letting them get a tad dry before beginning Cannas recommend “substrate make ready” solution. I see new growth after two weeks, tiny, but it’s there. 200 ppfd-ish or even put them in a cup on the pot of their donor. They’re used to that environment, I suppose and sitting in their shade seems to be working most times too. Makes me stay on top of defoliation duties.

            • @Casadelwhacko I just boil water for 20 minutes to remove chlorine and ph to 6. Indirect light until rooted. Foliar if I see deficiency, I don’t root feed until transplant.

@sicko_grows for cloning purposes I use our well water. 8.1 hammered down with vinegar. It comes out at 400ppm so I mix it 50/50 with RO for my reservoirs but it bangs in soil and at the beginning. No Calmag!🤣
I do add a drop of TRIA in my clone water too.

            • I’ve also started leaving little “suckers” down low when I pre flower prune. Makes grabbing good cuts later a lot easier. They stay green and want the attention. 🤘🏼

              • Love hearing peoples stories like this, Anyone know if this works with autos too or just photos?

              • I treat it like any other clone, except I don’t keep them as humid to prevent mold, takes longer to root and about a month or so for reveg. I clone again once regular growth occurs.

                • My favorite is a half gallon pot 2 weeks veg from clone

                  • @sicko_grows have you tried different pot sizes from start to finish? I’m about to run a 4-inch micro grow, Similar to a solo cup in overall size. It is 0.5L if my search engine results were correct.
