Depends on your light leak situation. If you can achieve total darkness at noon it’s up to you. Always try to match the natural setting. If it’s hot, lights should probably be on and so on…

I guess if it’s too hot with lights on that might also factor into your decision. Gotta keep those babies cool

Lights off during day for me. I’m fighting high heat issue always and I get a discount for staying low during peak power times. Makes my choice a no brainer 🤔

I’m lights off during the day because the electric company charges more for usage during the day!

For me I just set my lights to my work schedule so they’re on when I’m home
