After being on the phone with UPS for over 45min, they said there’s nothing they can do. Apparently, it was a 3rd party delivering my package. I’m truly disgusted! Merry fucking Christmas to me…over $700 down the drain that I can’t replace. I feel physically sick. This was my dream for over 10yrs and it gets shattered in less than 14 hours. I’m at a complete loss for words & have no clue where to go from here…
If anybody has an old tent setup that they aren’t using or needs fixed up that they’d be willing to part with, please let me know! Anything would be tremendously appreciated and an absolute blessing! I hope everyone has a merrier Christmas than myself.

UPS knows who the 3rd party is. Get someone else on the phone. Don’t even accept that BS.

But ASAP get over to all your neighbors and ask about cameras. In today’s time with everything going on most people do.
That’s what saved me when I had to lump up my ex father n law when he came at me a couple years ago. I told him my neighbors door cam caught everything when he threatened to press charges after trying to attack me on my front porch 🤦♂️.

@marizema I’ve been on the phone with them also. Everything on their end is kosher & I place no blame whatsoever on ACI. Its either A) the UPS driver delivered to wrong address. B) UPS driver took my package for his/her self. or C) Someone stole the package from the front of my house.
