Well I hope the UPS guy enjoys MY AC Infinity 2×4 kit! I’ve been on the phone for over 2hrs total this morning, basically to be told there’s nothing they can do and that I “should’ve been home if I was expecting such an important package.” Is this truly how people act nowadays? ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Safe to say UPS will NEVER get my business as long as I can help it! Even if it was stolen by someone other than the UPS driver, the way I was treated during this situation was appalling!

Check and see if any of the neighbors have a ring camera that may have captured the delivery and or porch pirate. I’d also ask them about proof of delivery? I always get photos emailed to me when they deliver. Sry that just sucks a big one

@marizema Already on top of all of that! Just waiting for 3 of my neighbors to get home to see if they have any kind of camera set up. I know I will definitely be investing in one as soon as possible!

@SmokalottaPOTamus they catch a lot lol. Had one catch me taking a leak at the truck lol. Mid stream I hear the camera stating it was recording me 😝

@marizema Not Cool at all. They should replace your order! I’ve heard similar so I switched to Spider Farmer. There customer service is top notch and when I had a problem they are on it immediately. I will never buy anything from AC Infinity!!! And Ups and Fed Ex suck ass

Damn that sucks, Sorry to hear that. That is personally one of my biggest fears is that an expensive product I ordered and have been patiently waiting for doesn’t show up or gets lost in the mail. What a nightmare

@johnny509 I can’t even find the words to fully describe how I feel…. If you were to have talked to me Saturday or Sunday, I was the happiest guy on the planet. 32 but felt like a 10yr old about to start his lifelong dream. Now, I don’t even want to leave my house and my Christmas spirit has gone out the window!

@undefined Really not true. Spider Farmer 2×4 complete kit is $550 when not on sale. Even on sale at $470 still don’t think it is a better deal. SF Does not include fabric pots and more importantly a complete grow controller like the ACI tent. It includes the controller 69. Which offers all kinds of features for controlling all your equipment and data tracking grow. For my $ the ACI tent for $600 after using code ‘dudegrows’ is a way better deal. Don’t you think?

Bought 2 aci oscillating fans and one has electrical short and both have the loud annoying clicking noise and aci sent me on to spider farmer as well. Their tents are nice but so are a lot of other brands. Screw them and UPS.

@undefined I have heard ACI replacing many DGC fans. There 1st gen kinda sucked. The realized it and put a memo out to everyone that bought one they could get a free replacement. Did you reach out to them for replacement fans? They do have a 2 year warranty. Please let me know. I like work with companies that take care of the DGC

Ask for the picture the delivery driver took as well. They are supposed to take pics of deliveries and maybe they sent it to the wrong addy.

@no-nanners I did… no luck. Supposedly, a picture wasn’t taken which was my very 1st red flag indicator that it might have been taken by the driver. With it being such a large package, maybe the driver thought it wasn’t necessary to take a photo, idk.. I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and stay positive, but after the terrible customer service I experienced while on the phone with UPS this morning, I find it harder and harder to stay positive as the day goes on. This was the 1st time in years that I had bought myself a Christmas gift, let alone anything of this price. Holiday is ruined and will truly take some sort of Christmas miracle to change that.

@SmokalottaPOTamus tell them you want proof of the delivery. You can’t back down…. Then call AC Infinity and tell them you have yet to receive the package and it shows delivered. Tell them to investigate it…. Bro you paid for something from them and they gave it to another person (UPS), it’s their responsibility. I bet you can even request a refund…… 💩 someone give me a phone….. don’t rollover. I don’t care if you dont blame ACI, but in reality, they gave your purchase to someone else to make a delivery…. It’s on them, even though UPS probably delivered it to someone else. ASK FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY. Okay I’m done, Merry Christmas

One of the biggest reasons I use Amazon when ever I can they normally ship faster and 100% always take a picture I can’t believe a company like AC Infinity wouldn’t support their customers if that’s the case I’ll just stay away from them in the future I don’t want to give my business to a company that doesn’t care about its customers

@potgoblin420 Personally, I don’t think ACI is to blame here at all. They did their job as best they could. The fault of not receiving a delivery picture goes on whatever 3rd party company UPS decided to use. I’m about 75% sure it was a porch pirate that got me…

I’d do business with you all day if I was a sketchy dude. Just saying, your perspective is skewed. Grow some nanners and go thump some heads.

I’ve had packages that were “delivered” in the tracking but didn’t arrive until a day or two later. Seasonal drivers may do their job a little differently than they possibly should. It may just arrive in a couple of days. Hope it works out for you.
