Ive heard the 10% thing too, ive also heard 30%, more so i think its what strain you may be working with and what your environment is like and not doing it to early. Im not recommending anything but ive trimmed everything except what was directly on a bud site before just for experiment and it turned out fine . over time you will build up your own way, main thing you want is air flow and light penetration. so i wouldnt worry it looks great

@jonybbudn I think the point when you really need to… Is when you can’t see what is a branch anymore! The leaf cover was doing that and I think I’ve clipped it back enough that I can see the plant again.
I’ll be doing more on the internal canopy later on I think.

it all comes does to how much can the light penetrate your canopy. ill go st8 shwazzy mode on the first 6 to 12 inches on a stem depending how big they are.

@legofortres I’ve got top and bottom lighting so its hard to just pick bottoms go. Sure there are some bud sites that probably aren’t the best but the majority of it is looking pretty darn good.
