Where do people host cannabis videos to post here? Does the 100MB limit only apply to non-producers? Do producers get an increased limit?
@pacnw-dan how do you put your 2-3 minute vids up?
It bothers me that it seems so difficult to share a good non-rushed video.
What is the best way to share video?

I wondered the same thing. I usually try to keep them under 30 seconds. You could lower the quality settings on your camera, that would make it smaller.

@oldestschool Its not the physically how you do it, It is the how do you bypass the 100 meg restriction. That makes it hard to really make anything worth watching!

@ZoomyCat Yeah I agree the 100Mb limit is REALLY way too low. Without processing I can only get maybe 45 seconds of video.
So I solved the problem by recording the videos at full resolution (4K60) which usually takes about 150Mb per minute, and then using an app on my phone to resize the total video to fit within a particular Mb limit, and it uses variable compression to achieve roughly that limit. I’m on a Galaxy S24 Ultra just using the normal camera recorder, and then processing the video to reduce the size. The App I’m using is “Compress Video” buy “Double Ape” (free but ad-ridden). I just load the video, set it to “105Mb” (which gives me a roughly 95Mb file) and there you go.
