My light has a veg and a bloom setting. The book recommends to use bloom light only for flowering but, use both for fruiting. So when I switch to flower, do I use just bloom or both?

I’m guessing the bloom only setting is all red LEDs so i’d use both

Isn’t flowering and fruiting the same thing?
Usually those lights need veg and bloom on in flower…and I have done it both ways. I’ve flowered with only the bloom on simply because there is no dimmer in those lights and the PAR was too high. (I use PHOTONE app, and used to use a quantum PAR meter)
