I haven’t lost a sead i two years using the paper towel water and very little dose of recharge about 10% dose.

I start in water haven’t had one not pop yet

Water for 2 or 3 days until the root is visible, then into wet, folded up paper towel, in a zip loc bag til root is 1/2″ long, keep in dark warm area,

Then into soil with seed exposed to light around 350ppfd

I’m newer to the tent grow but I pop straight into soil in fabric pots so far 9/9
