Peltier Device (heating, cooling, humidity) applications

The image is a larger unit I’m messing around with.

I’ve thought about spacing out 1″ units with small fans them on an aluminum strip to pull heat from the grow light and push it up towards my exhaust fan.

I have a 10×10 room that I like to chill in, so anything I can do to reduce fan and ac noise the better.
