Don’t know what is better lol don’t want to Stunt her mid flower but sure would be nice to get rid of the larf that is taking nutrients from my main colas!

Removing lower shaded larf will never stunt development.

@jmystro thank you! That was my guess but wanted to ask the pros! Always love asking other growmies opinions to get a wider view on the way the plant reacts and how different strains and cultivars react to different growing methods to broaden my knowledge!

You can of course and if you think you need to do it ,than go for it! It will most likely end up benefiting your tops, but I would try getting that kind of defoliation done as early in flower as you can so not to stunt the growth !!!! It’s your world 🤙
