So im in Missouri and i see what there saying but still kinda lost
Here is mo guidelines
Every person age 21 and older in the state of Missouri is authorized,” MO NORML Attorney Dan Viets said, “and has a constitutional right to cultivate up to 18 plants, six mature, six that measure 14 inches but are not mature and six under 14 inches seedlings or clones.”
What if my plants shoot up real high or yet i have 10 seedlings and 10 tall girls vegg. And could we start a mo group for dgc ?
And another question what if the 10 in veg are reg pheno but the other 10 are autos
Whst happebds if they all flower around the same time or close too love the show on youtube i get all my answers after i watch the old ones lol .

Technically all of those things you suggested would mean that you are not following the guidelines. However, there really isn’t a plant count police to come and make sure none of your 6 plants that were supposed to be less than 14″ are indeed, too tall. Just as an example. I would say try to keep your overall plant count at 6 plants in each phase of life, and you’re never really going to have any problems, even if something goes outside of that, temporarily.

A MO group would be welcomed by me. And yes, I’m grateful we got home grow, but clearly the rules and regulations were written by people clueless about what they’re writing laws for. A square footage limit would’ve been a better method than plant count.

You are in Missouri so you KINDA WON, the laws and such sound great so far. You can buy cannibis infused drinks in the bar already! Score! ❤️✌🏽

I am in Missouri, and I have been growing legally here since medical past, and no one has ever knocked on my door or come to inspect my garden – so I feel like the wording of the law is intentionally vague and so perhaps plant count is more of a loose guide

Stay within limits if ur not able to see if you can get a spouse to get their card aswell that’ll help with plant count or a family member , you’ll need to look into a perpetual harvest that’ll help with your problem, you’ll be in charge of when it flowers for your regs, autos will vary but usually around 8-9 weeks from seed to harvest last 4-5 weeks will be flowering, it’s depending on which one is seedlings but if ur autos are seedlings I’d flip the veg to flower now and then get those done then the autos will start to flower when ur almost done with the veg, but if someone comes in and checks or whatever the case is and your over your count they’ll take em all away so just time it out look into perpetual harvest and that’ll help u with your problem/ question
