Hard to say it’s “nute burn”. Could just be too long of a dry back. Are you letting the pots dry out too much before watering again? When you have very little water in your media, salt to water ratio rises, and in the plant also. Nutrition could be on point, you might just not be watering enough, or often enough. In these situations, osmotic pressure in the plant actually reverses at the tips of the leaves due to high salt content. Leaving them to dry out. Try making sure your pots are always somewhat moist, before the next watering.
