• For anyone wanting to increase co2 in a 100% safe and effective way heres the recipe.

In a 1 gallon jug of hot water add

      2 cups sugar

      2 cups corn meal

2 table spoons of regular yeast

Then stir well and Within 30 min it will start to bubble rapidly every bubble is co2 repeat every 4 to 5 days

Larger rooms call for larger mash containers yes I said mash cause it’s a cheap moonshine recipe but without a stil do not drink lol. Happy growing.

I’ve used this in a five gallon bucket with an aquarium air pump and stone to keep it agitated and a tube in the side that exits into the tent. I discovered if I put it about four feet above the gound it will force the gas out of the tube at a higher rate. I’ve been able to maintain 750 ppm in my 3×3 flower tent using this method. For flower… 40lb tank, regulator and controller. 1250 ppm, 1100 PPFD and the buds stack like pancakes.

        • @Casadelwhacko how long does the 40lb tank last?

          • @Casadelwhacko I just started on my second run using it during flower and it’s getting really low. I had it in a 3×3 and have upped to a 4×4.

            • @Casadelwhacko I avoid tanks in my bedroom let alone my house. I have 5 kids 4 dogs and a cat. Murphys law what can go wrong will but if I was growing in an out building or what not I’d use a tank and mash always comes with the option of distillation weather u wanna consume or go all out on some 170 proof to run ur lawn equipment lol.

          • Yes co2 is heavier than o2 so it sinks so if you can get it above the canopy it’s great. I’m also a moonshiner so I make a 55gl drum with 40lbs of cracked corn brewers yeast and 50lbs of sugar witch gets my co2 above 800 easily but that’s a touch much for the average home grower and u can get yeast at almost and grocery store so I dialed it down a bit a buddy of mine has an 4x8x80 tent and has to use 2 five gallon bucket to get it up to 700

            • Very smart! I’m a home brewer. I never considered this method before but I think it’s brilliant!
