Subscription Policy

You can cancel a MemberPress subscription at any time.

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again.  

How to Cancel

  • Log in and visit your Profile by clicking your avatar in the upper right of the screen.
  • Navigate to Memberships | Subscriptions
  • Use the Action menu on the right to change your plan to Free Membership

What happens after cancellation

  • Your access to the content will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
  • When the subscription expires, you will no longer be able to access DGC Producer-only content and areas of the site 

Refund policy

  • Refunds are not available for subscription purchases.
