Get a cheap ozone machine on Amazon. Let it run in your grow area for a couple hours. Kills and disinfects everything. There’s a couple youtube videos that show how to use it. It will kill plants though.

I think that sounds like it be enough but not super knowledgeable on russets so hopefully someone smarter can come in and give you a more definitive answer
