I’ve tried it a couple times and I’d suggest using a genetic that you’re familiar with and know the exact finishing time then count back for your start time

Tried about 3seasons, it does seem to increase in tri production.

I prefer to grow mixed hybrids or just straight indicas. I just started to harvest with very few red tri, wanted to have a lesser couch lock effect,

I feed straight water last 2 weeks and run lights 18/6 to help make buds hopefully more resin producing a few more days. God luck
