Looks like it’s lacking a bit of magnesium. About 1-2 tsp of Epsom salt per gallon of water will help.

Doesn’t magnesium deficiency start at the lower older leaves and work its way up sence its mobile? To me looks like it started at the top and is working its way down

Not always. New and old growth can show symptoms.
