How did you like the jacks? How did that go? I’ve got the A and B the 5-50-18 and the Finish. Like big bags. only used them twice as well.

Most of the time I use Gaia Green organic dry amendments, for ease of use & simplicity & my plants love it. I top feed once a month & water with plain water

Do you use the amount recommended? Or a bit higher or lower

I’m all over the place. Grow Dots in coco, soil and straight perlite. In super soil I’ve used Advanced Nutrients and Foop. Mammoth P, Dune monosalicic acid and TRIA. A blend of Dots and top feeding for any deficiencies has gotten me the best results. Recharge goes on EVERYTHING! Even my fruit trees and vegetable garden.

I’m switching to Coco, grow dots, and recharge with AutoPots on this next grow. Hopefully this becomes the permanent setup.

Autopots make things SUPER easy. I’m on my third run in a 4 pot xl using 80/20 coco to perlite and feeding canna A&B with once a week recharge. If not to top water recharge on weekends, I can go weeks without even opening the tent. I drop in regularly via webcam just in case I see something off.

Ive been using Strive nutrients and have had great results. I use Recharge religiously every 10 days. Last 4 weeks of flower I substitute 1 feeding of Strive for Flower fuel and I just used Winter Frost for the first time last grow which I was blown away by it. 3xs and the oil content bulk and frost was amazing

first. Dope af. But then, ok soooo..

winter frost. I’ve been playing around with it a little. What do you think is in that stuff? lol. kinda starting to think it’s got something that drives plants into senescence faster? I’m really just not quite sure. lol. I think I killed a plant with it by feeding some in early veg. It got a little weird. lol. 😆

Sorry to hear about your troubles with Winter Frost. What’s in Winter Frost seems to be a big secret. I’ve seen it asked many times and I get why some formulas remain undisclosed for business reasons but it’s not magic and you can’t fool me. 😉 If Winter Frost is supposed to aid in senescence then it must have ingredients involved in the production of ethylene. You’re not bottling ethylene gas so if I was going to formulate a product like Winter Frost it would have some ethylene precursors like Ethephon and ACC.

        Ethephon – https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethephon

        ACC – https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic_acid

I like it. That’s sound logic, I was thinking something similar. So. I’ll keep using it but probably just at the end of flower like the directions say lol. 😝

side note. That plant isn’t actually dead. It just got really weird with lots of purple. Definitely stunted it’s vertical growth but it’s still kickin.

Great! When you switch to Flower Fuel are you using it 1/4 tsp per gallon? I’ve been using it as a supplement in flower at 1/8 tsp with good results.

I use Gaia Green amendments with worm castings and compost. I top dress every 21-30 days. Either recharge or a compost tea weekly (tweaked for the stage of the plants). I use homemade wicking buckets (10 gallon garbage cans). I’m trying to simplify everything without breaking the bank. Definitely use the Gaia Green for the ease of use

Gaia Green is great for organics, if you’re going synthetics, I am partial to Remo Farms & Jack’s 3-2-1: especially if you’re budget-minded. Jack’s is crazy affordable for what it is

I been all over the map. Started w fox farm, tried Gaia green, grow dots, New Mill Secret Sauce…now using GH maxi grow, maxi bloom and kool bloom. Recharge once a week. Thats it in pure coco that I buffer with calmag when I hydrate the block.

Having my best results with GH. I had good results with everything though. Grow dots are nice and easy and give good enough results, but are expensive and I ended up supplementing w new milk secret sauce additives, so I was still measuring with a pipette and that’s what I wanted to avoid. Gaia green was good, but stinky and expensive.

I like the GH powdered nutes. A couple scoops and that’s it.

Then I hit with winter frost at the end.

I use CANNA© Coco A-B plus the full range of supplements.

I have tried other brands in conjunction with “ton of bud” etc but always got amazing results with CANNA.

I have been fine tuning my nutrient application for 10 years and I’m happy and comfortable with the results now.

My water here is excellent straight from the tap (faucet), perfect pH and EC, and after mixing my nutrients my pH is around 5.8 – 6 and EC around 2.2 when peak solution is required. I don’t need to constantly check EC and pH, I’m not perpetually chasing numbers.

I use build a soil products, ferments, build a bloom, build a flower, craft blend, recharge, and worm casting throughout my grows and haven’t looked back. On my outdoor though I use extended growdots and recharge.

Been growing non stop for the past 15 years and always grow in coco.

I started out with the Fox Farms trio then a few years later I went to the Canna A&B. Then I started reading Grow Weed Easy.com and they raved about the GH line and the ease of use and the results they showed was enough to convince me to give it a try so for the past 7 years I’ve used nothing but GH trio with cal/mag and have had great success!

For the past year I’ve been watching The DGC and listening to Scottie constantly talk about the simplicity of Grow Dots and Recharge so I decided to make the switch and give them

    a try.

Presently I’m using Grow Dots and Recharge along with a little cal/mag and at week 5 I’m blown away with the results thus far.

I will say that no matter what nutrients you use the plant is only going to be as good as the genetics are! No nutrients are going to make the plant we love any better then they can be. You start with good genetics give them a good environment to grow and you’ll be successful with whatever nutrients you decide to try.

For now I’m loving these Grow Dots with recharge because of how simple they are. The results at the end will decide if I keep using them but the way they look now I believe that I’ve finally found the only nutes I’ll ever use again.

My next run will incorporate Grow Dots , Recharge , occasional FishShit, Silicium silica , and winter frost at the end. Will most likely stick with tps calmag and bloom city liquid epsom if needed.

I’ve been running MSU 19-4-23 for two grows with good results. I supplement in flower with Flower Fuel 1-33-34. At that time I drop the MSU to have a dose and use the Flower Fuel half as well. I use Recharge once a week and run silica up until flowering. Cal-mag once a week. Going to try Grow Dots in the future.
