First of all i want to say thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with me and the grow community. I have learned soon much from you guys and Mr. Growit. So I am Growing 2 strawberry cough and 2 bazooka punch strains from seeds from homegrown cannabis co. Plants have been germinated since October 12th. I live in connecticut with pretty high swings back and forth of dryness and heavy humidity I have a 3×3 vivosun tent with ac infinity controller 69, ac infinity cloud forge humidifier, four ac infinity 16″ ion beam light bars for the bottom corners of the tent, and sf2000 spider farmer LED at 60% roughly 18-20″ from canopy. 4″ ac infinity exhaust/filter and 9″ ac infinity recirculating fan. VPD stays around .9 – 1.1. I’m using 3 gallon vivosun fabric pots, and using happy frog soil with myco and recharge… I have used black strap molasses with turbinated sugar once also. I think I transplanted a little early and did not have an establish root zone. Growth seems to be slightly slower than I expected, I use an rv filter from the tap and air pump with air stones for 24 hrs in a 5 gallon container before use, my ph is between 6.2-6.8. Ppm is around 400 after filter. run off ec is somewhere between 1050 and 1400 between the 4 plants. Should I strictly be feeding with water until root zone is established, and should I reapply myco with my watering? I have also heard of regulating water in a large pail to the ph and ec you want, dunk plant 1″ away from top of soil for 20 seconds than drain… do you think I should try this way of watering? Sorry for the crazy long rant!!!! Thank you in advance, Steve GratefulGrower420#

No one can tell you how a seed will perform. It’s a total crap shoot. Vigor is no guarantee.

I’m guessing the reason for your slow growth is not enough light your running a 200 watt light

    in a 3×3 on 60% I have a 320 watt MedicGrow Mini-Sun 2 in my 3×3 and I’m on 80% at

25-28 inches above my canopy by the end of week 3 and it will get lowered to 21-22 inches

above the canopy and increased to 100% by the end of week 5 and in my 2×3 tent I have a

    230watt Maxsisun MF2000

It’s on 100% 21-24 inches above the canopy and will end up being 16 inches above the

canopy for the last 6 weeks of a ten week cycle

    Feed Me Seymour!

I would have to agree that a little more light might help. The over use of microbes is not harmful but also not necessary. The mycos or the recharge will suffice for a single application. Recharge also has some molasses so it adds some of that for you. You can just water in a little the day after you feed. When your soil is still damp (not hydrophobic) a cup of recharge is all you will need for a full grown plant. If at some point your roots got jacked they will stunt. Also I grow in 3 gal and they grow smaller plants. Don’t do too much. If they look happy then ride it out. Lastly fox farm soilless mixes use fluctuating inputs and I don’t trust their compost. Try some BigRootz if you want guaranteed clean inputs where quality is controlled by the owner/creator and not a board room of share holders and execs.

It may be the light but i doubt it…I had it dialed down to 50% and they started reaching, so I turned it up to 80% and it started to burn the strawberry cough strains. 1 of the bazooka punch strains is growing steady but the other 3 are not(i should have noted that before )the light is 1’x2′ and getting reading of 650 par without my ion beams on, I also have 4 supplemental ion beam led lights in the bottom of the tent corners. If anything I have too much light i think.

Root development is your inital goal. I grow in a 2×4 vivosun tent with 2 p1500 lights. I start my lights at 100 % even threw germination. . My PPFD is about 300 at 32inches from the leafs surface. I leave my light full power all the way through. By the end I’m around 1100 PPFD.Check out this sight and see if anything applies to your grow. https://www.growweedeasy.com/why-cannabis-plants-growing-slow

Less is more! You are doing way too much. Happy frog has 30 days of bite in it as well as the microbes. Not that recharge will hurt it, but you’re wasting money. After 3 weeks you can apply your first dry amendments and then wait 3 weeks. Just water is all you need for organic grows. Rewatch Mr Grow it or switch to DGC’s grow dots and then you can go a whole grow without adding more fertilizer. Just add water and if you added worm castings, then you don’t need recharge either. If you’re gonna use liquid nutrients, follow their feeding schedule. Limit the “Freestyle until you know what you’re doing.

All of us have over loved a plant or too.

Didn’t know how to like what the post before these one, so here it is.

      Bro over kill

1 little ( at 1st) t-5 led light. Heat mat ( better safe then sorry)

Coco, solo cops( I like a nice holder rack for my solo cups) always knocking them over

Soak seeds 24 hours on heat map, in the dark, set at 78 to 80 degrees

After they wink at you, in the coco they go. Light right above the cups. Water (ph’ed5.8 to 6.0 and I add a pinch of refresh to water when mixing coco for solo before planting and a pinch with water only for now

Once popped and growing under t-5 light, keep it over there top but no touching. Will burn or discolor. Keeping light close will help the internodgal sections stack up nicely for a short swat mom plant. Sorry if not spelled right.

Someone will point it out lol

        Happy growing bro
