@scotty420 Not sure why, but all my mom’s are In love with dots. And now I’m thinking, why?!! This stuff changes to bloom and then fades. Lucky they still in 1 gallon pots. So, when I transplant into 5 gallon sip buckets, what should I feed my mom’s?

Assuming you keep it in a room that’s at least 18/6 on the lighting, foods heavy in nitrogen?

I just saw an episode of James Loud and Bean Stalk makes a granular nutrient made for Moms. I haven’t tried it yet though

In general I don’t grow mother plants, just take cuttings before flowering, but as you want a mother plant to grow slow, I would use soil and top dress it with seaweed meal every 10 days, you want to find that balance between keeping the plant healthy and keeping it growing as slow as possible, low amount of light( 10,000 lux) for about 15 hours a day should do the trick.
