Would be good to add a pic. If you cut off the top node, the two lower nodes should start growing into two new branches. If you fimed (fuck I missed) then you can get a bud to start right where you didn’t cut the full node off, at the top. But now you will have three branches coming from the top. Up to you if that’s the case. Throw a pic in so we can see.

Gust of wind came through when I was applying some DE to the soil. Stuff is hard to get off. Hope I haven’t contaminated the buds.

Those are the 2 new colas created from topping.

Those will be your next tops.

Thank you. I haven’t grown enough yet to know exactly what new growth looks like or how it takes shape.

The ones i circled are just single calyx. Looks like you got a female! No buds will form there though. The two branches I pointed to are going to be your new tops. Looks like they already grew out before you topped though. Those two branches are now your apical meristems. There’s usually one, now there’s two since you topped.

Is that the main stalk? If so looks like this was a clone? If from seed the plant will be symmetrical and you’ll see the two new tops more clearly.

Hard to see from the angle. Could be two little branches starting where it gets kind fo blurry. Regardless no need to pluck anything. Enjoy the ride growmie. The beginning of growing was the most exciting time for me.

Yes it is. I got bored a few months back and found gardening channels on YouTube. I tend to go full throttle with stuff and throw caution to the wind. I’ve got so many plants now it’s likely a problem. It’s fun experimenting, but I do have the ability to do things by the book. So again, thanks for explaining things. Big deposit to my garden think bank.
