It’s kind of funny and amazing how cannibus plants handle their environment.
Started popping seeds. At first I was losing over half the seeds popped by leaving them in the paper towels after they have popped in the water soak. They seem just turn soft and die. But this last time, and soon as they popped, I planted them. This time 100% survived. So now, as soon as the give me a wink, in the coco they go.
Never tested my water til after 2nd round of popping seeds. They did fine at first. Then I read that coco needs ph of 5.5 to 6.6 levels.
So I break out the ph pen and check it. 🤯 8.0 ph wtf?!!
Here’s the funny thing.
I’ve been giving my seeds 8.0 ph water. After I check and it’s hi, I drop it down to the 5.5 – 6.5 level.
This is when I start seeing deficiencies signs in the leaves.
At first, I’m thinking it’s due to the ph change. Using dots and recharge with coco. But all my 100% popped seedlings the 1st pair of leaves turned yellow. They all looked sick from the yellowing for a few days. The ones that grow past that stage look better but I’ve never seen that happen before. It’s weird
Hoping with the right ph running now, it will all work out 🤞
1st set of seeds are 12″ tall mom’s ready for cloning.

Mandarin Cookies (such a small plant) looks great for sea of green.
Will be some nice colas in the future.

Ahh you do that 2 lmao well I just fed my grow dots plant with bottle nutes after 2 days just a slight burn good luck sorry I couldn’t help

With CoCo.. I would aim for a pH of 6.0 as it tends to drift down. 5.8 is good, but 6.0 helps for the drift. Try it out 👍
