Only could afford a cheap vivosun

2-1 lab. Frame connections are undersized male with and oversized female connection. So flimsy not solid.

Will the tent help hold it together or should I take steps to strengthen up frame?

It will be fine. The fabric will stop the pieces from separating

With the tent on u won’t even b able to get it apart if u wanted to probably

So, it will hold it together tighter. Not worried it will come apart, just want to know if it will hold that frame tightly?

It will hold tight no problem

Worse case, there’s always duct tape

Try that duct tape on the male part to increase it’s diameter. With a little trial and error you should be able to “tighten” it up a bit.

Thanks guys for all your input.

Tents doing a good job at holding it solid. I’m disabled, can’t stand up straight or reach arms over my shoulders.

It was like putting a condom on an angry bull 🫤 but I got it. Just barely under ceiling fan 😅
