I was sitting looking at my indoor grow (I call it my meditation chamber) and start thinking what would be the pros and cons of growing things like basil that can help repel various insects we don’t want in our grow areas. Which companion plants? Things to consider? Will the aromas transfer over??

I grow marigolds and lavender in my raised beds. I’ve tried mints but they try to overtake the whole grow area.
