Converting from growdots to canna a & b
So I started my seeds in solo cups with dots and then transplanted them into a square 1 gallon pot with growdots. So if I decide to keep as mom’s instead of flowering them out, when I transplant to 3 gallon bucket with no dots, I would break apart the root ball and shake out as much of the coco and dots that I can ( carefully ) lol a nice wash in a bucket of distressing nutes (clonex mix) then repot in coco and feed Canna coco a/b food
Sound good/right to everyone?

I mean that is one way, myself I’d just take a clone of these plants and mother the new clone….

This is the way to do it, but there is no need to shake out any Dots if you want to go with your idea.
