Can you make an Epson salt folier spray to help with septoria?

  • 1 tsp per gallon water. Not sure how it does for septoria. I have heard good using compost tea or copper based fungicides

    • I just heard milk and water solution is as good as commercial fungicides… ?? Might as well add some Epsom salt too.. 😂

  • I have used dilluted milk for powdery mildew with great results.

  • No. Magnesium sulfate becomes soluble in water. Soluble sulfate ions are safe for plants and microbes. Burning sulfur releases sulfur dioxide gas that kills fungal cells by interfering with their respiration. Not the same processes.
