I know your not running C02. i was reading a study that shows that C02 inhibits the growth of mold. a lot of food is packed in c02 for that reason. not sure if any amounts dudes run for cannabis would protect our bud at all?

a vpd chart may help you pick temp/rh.

I uaually run 65% humidity during veg and 55% in flower. This also depends on my flower structure. I try to run different genetics, (autos) each cycle. If I’m seeing a fat dense cola this is my settings. If I get those loser airy buds I crank the humidity up a little never exceeding 65% in flower. I don’t ever go higher than 65% because to high humidity can degrade your carbon filter and lessen it’s lifespan. I run 80 degrees lights on, and around 72 lights out. I’ve had fair results so far My smallest auto was about a 3 o’s, and I have harvested 1/2 lb. These are good buds not counting larf.

So far I have successfully been harvesting 4 oz per plant on average, up to 7 oz on a single plant (my personal best). My grow is going awesome. Now that it has stopped raining constantly in Kansas City, I have been able to keep my humidity around 58% (in flower). My air flow is constant with carbon filters going in and going out. I have been warned about bud rot, but I have never had such success. I have cured plenty and all are beautiful.

I’ve been growing outdoors for over 11 years now in Massachusetts in green house where humidity is high in September and October where it can get to 90 percent have oscillating fans at every angle and heater at the bottom near the pots at night with fans running and use rope to separate so I can get air through out the plant and soil don’t give my ladies a lot water cause there drinking through their leaves more and so far never experienced rot or pm even after a slow dry and cure process

Yeah I had no problems, but I can say that the terpenes did not come out the same, so I switched things up a bit. I have since changed to a sealed room with a dehumidifier and my carbon filter scrubbing the room. I have been able to keep the humidity down near 50% in the day, but goes up to 60% at night.
