Is this possibly manganese issue. I flushed last week and improved air circulation. I added a copper fungicide to the roots. I also just keep removing the bad looking leaves. Also if it is a fungal issue do you guys think this bud is safe to consume. This is my first plant using grow dots btw.

This is a fairly extreme example of a calcium deficiency. It’s not fungal or a manganese deficiency. Waiting this long to try to correct the issue is going to be futile. Supplementing some calcium would help but what’s done is done. The damaged leaves will not recover.
