Hey all!!

I hope everyone is doing good. I have a question but let me say this part first I’m not trying to crap on Grove bags. I reported my issue to them and they 100% made it right in a very timely manner. Okay with that out of the way do any of you have issues with the ziplocks getting unglued from the bags? The main one I have issues with is the quarter pound bags. They seem to fail way too fast. I just want to see what others have experienced. I really hope they work this out because a do like their products.

Personally have not had a problem but I just use hella ounce bags lmao

I don’t know why but the ounce bags seem to last forever for me as well. It’s the pound bags I have zipper fails on but at least we can heat seal as a back up but then it gets shorter every time you open them…

I have had the same problem. I changed how I use them. I load them, heat seal them. Once opened the contents go in a jar for storage. This decreases the amount of times they are opened.

I have the same issue, the 250g bags as well. I now just fold the top and secure it with a clip and I wont buy them again. they are expensive and I can see they wont last forever despite me using them for longterm storage. I open them weekly not daily. once a week from the bag to a jar.
other than that I think they do their job quite well.
You said they made it right, how, with replacements? I didn’t reach out to them cause I don’t need them to replace something that lastest 2 weeks with something that will last another 2 weeks.

Same problem on the QP bags with the zip. I’ve never contacted them about a replacement before but just might now. I do love the bags and not going back to jars.

I haven’t had any problems with the zippers…but I guess I don’t really use the bags that way. I heat seal them and use them for long term storage. I pack up a bunch of half ounce bags and dump a bag into a pint mason jar for my day to day use. The half are also a good amount to gift to friends and family…which is where most of it goes. Anyway…no failures at that rate of use. I’m glad to hear they took care of the issue for you. They should since the bags aren’t cheap.

I have had zippers come separated, but can still vac seal, but no really the point. Double but there. sorry
