The only standout strain I’ve seen people get pain relief from is Paradiddle from Irie Genetics which I’d attribute to the tangie not the Red Lebanese Hash plant terps. A dab of anything helps one of the guys with nerve pain. Everyone has different cannaboid receptors so there isn’t one plant that will work on everyone so you just have to explore different terpene profiles and see what works for you.

I got a CBD “pink” strain that is super purple… I make my medibles from it and then got a really strong wide leaf variety. Godfather OG is supposed to be a strong one . Find one you believe in for strength, then find one that is super purple/pink, you are looking for the Anthocyanins as well as STRONG CBD. When you medicate use both.. I will smoke or eat the CBD first, and follow up with strong THC that ideally was bred for pain relief. You have to believe in the strain, look them up.. a simple Google search can help get you started…. Strains for pain, strains with CBD.
