When growing weed with RDWC, preparing and storing nutrient solutions and stocks of the same, what is better to use: Glass or plastic? I am thinking of adsorption of micronutrients onto container walls.

All nutrient bottles are plastic, all dwc systems are plastic. Storage wont be any different affected if in plastic. All those plastics are a food grade. A non-porous plastic.

I switch my quart jugs into Mason jars the salts always seem to build around the lids but not so much in thd jars

Glass is certainly better than plastic. Cost and durability are why glass is not practical.
