HI all! question do you think this is too much light for seedlings. due to the odd number of of holes, i cant get it centered for one light. i grow three at a time. 2 are always growing sideways to the light. so i added the two side lights to try and prevent that. think thisis too much?

I just raise my regular lights up and turn em down. Much better coverage that way.

Seedlings don’t require a lot of light intensity or water, it’s easy to overdo it on both.

I make use of 4-foot LED shop lights for early seedling growth and long-time vegetative growth regime.
