I personally would wait a bit longer till the clear ones milk up.

Ive heard the advice multiple times; if you think shes ready, let her go another week.

I would wait. Sometimes trichomes can amber from damage or a touch. You want most cloudy like none clear. I like the 30% amber, but all users are different. Some other signs are the hairs will all be orange and browns. At least 80% of them. Then the pods themselves, calyx we call them, will be swollen and look filled up and bloated. A big thing is the fade and senescence, this is when the plant is genetically mature and finiahing its life. A lot of users miss that dank skunk and heavy odors in late flower because of this stage not being used. These are all large chained terps that take more time to develop, and are the dankest. Patience will pay.

How long are you in flower? how long does the breeder say the plant typically goes?
Is that close to now?

Top buds will be ready first. Check all over and when most or all of the clear is gone your good. You cant go by what the breeder says. That’s just when most will be ready. Iv had 2 plants from the same seeds, in the same soil, same tent, same light, put in flower the same day and be be 2 weeks apart. I just had one that the tops were showing no clear and some amber but the lower buds were mostly clear. So I cut the tops and let the lowers go another week.
